In partnership with the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Pathways to Employment- a local organization that works to provide an integrated and coordinated range of services and supports to address the recovery of individuals with mental illness and social challenges- are offering one of their pillar programs, Elephant in the Workplace,complimentary to Chamber members and their employees.

Elephant in the Workplace is a 2-hour workshop that will educate employers and fellow employees of the barriers some individuals face who suffer from Mental Illness and the direct relationship between Mental Health and the working environment.
